Symptoms

La computadora deja de responder y no puede arrancar el sistema operativo fuera de la hibernación. Esto sucede cuando una plataforma afectada tiene un adaptador de red convergente Intel Ethernet X710-DA2 o un adaptador de red Ethernet Intel X710-T2L adicional.

Cause

Intel confirmó que los modelos del adaptador de red Ethernet Intel X710 no son compatibles con los estados de suspensión (S1, S2, S3) ni de hibernación (S4).

Resolution
