Symptoms

O computador para de responder e não consegue inicializar o sistema operacional fora da hibernação. Isso acontece quando uma plataforma afetada tem uma placa adicional: Intel Ethernet Converged Network Adapter X710-DA2 ou Intel Ethernet Network Adapter X710-T2L.

Cause

A Intel confirmou que os modelos Intel Ethernet Network Adapter X710 não são compatíveis com estados de suspensão (S1, S2, S3) ou hibernação (S4).

Resolution
