Symptoms

電腦停止回應，且無法從休眠狀態開機至作業系統。當受影響的平臺有附加插卡 Intel 乙太網路聚合式網路介面卡 X710-DA2 或 Intel 乙太網路介面卡 X710-T2L 時，就會發生這種情況。

Cause

Intel 已確認 Intel 乙太網路介面卡 X710 型號不支援睡眠狀態 （S1、S2、S3） 或休眠 （S4）。

Resolution

按住電源按鈕以關閉電腦，然後再次按下電源按鈕以重新開啟電腦。
