Cause

Il driver LAN della docking station non è installato.

Resolution

Non sostituire l'hardware per questo problema.

Installare il driver LAN del dock:

  • Per DELL Pro Dock (WD25) e Dell Pro Smart Dock (SD25), è necessario installare un driver Realtek USB LAN dalla pagina Driver e download del dock in uso.
  • Per Dell Pro Thunderbolt 4 Smart Dock (SD25TB4) e Dell Pro Thunderbolt 4 Dock (WD25TB4) è necessario installare entrambi i driver Intel PCIE LAN e RTK USB LAN dalla pagina Driver e download del dock in uso.
