Symptoms

  • NetWorker 伺服器重新開機後，NetWorker Web 使用者介面 （NWUI） 儀表板上的執行中工作狀態不會顯示。它一致地顯示零 （0） 個正在運行的作業。

未顯示 NWUI 使用中的工作階段

  • 所有必要的連接埠 （9095、5671、5435） 均已開啟，且在接聽數據機內 NetWorker 程序與連接埠
  • NWUI 記錄中沒有錯誤。
  • 使用的 NWUI 伺服器部署在本機 Linux NetWorker 伺服器上。

Cause

系統開機期間的時序不相符會導致此問題。NetWorker 服務和 NWUI 服務會同時啟動，這可能會導致 NWUI 在 NetWorker 完全運作之前進行初始化。在正常運作的環境中，NetWorker 服務應在 NWUI 啟動前完整執行。

Resolution

在 NWUI 服務啟動時引入延遲，讓 NetWorker 服務能夠先初始化。
