若要取消註冊，請前往 Unisphere 進行 PowerMax > 設定 > 管理 > 安全連線閘道，然後按一下取消註冊。

Authorization failure. Incorrect credentials were provided for gateway: 11.22.33.44:9443

Resolution

解決方案高級別概覽：

  • 停止 斯馬斯
  • 重新命名或刪除 .../opt/emc/SMAS/jboss/standalone/data/esrs/esrs.json file
  • 開 斯馬斯

適用於 PowerMax Unisphere 不同變體的程序：

在 Windows 中：前往 services.msc:

  • 停止 Symmetrix Management Application Server 服務
  • 重新命名或刪除 ...\EMC\SMAS\jboss\standalone\data\esrs\esrs.json file
  • 開 Symmetrix Management Application Server 服務

或者，使用 Windows 命令列：

  • Net stop EMC Symmetrix Management Application Server
  • 重新命名或刪除 ...\EMC\SMAS\jboss\standalone\data\esrs\esrs.json file
  • Net start EMC Symmetrix Management Application Server

在 Linux 中：

  • systemctl stop u4p.service
  • 重新命名或刪除 .../opt/emc/SMAS/jboss/standalone/data/esrs/esrs.json file
  • systemctl start u4p.service
