Symptoms

Para cancelar el registro, vaya a Unisphere para PowerMax > Settings > Management > Secure Connect Gateway y haga clic en Unregister.

Haga clic en OK

Opción para cancelar el registro

Y aparece el siguiente error:

Authorization failure. Incorrect credentials were provided for gateway: 11.22.33.44:9443

El registro que se muestra en Unisphere para PowerMax está obsoleto y se atascó de alguna manera.

Resolution

Visión general de alto nivel de la resolución:

  • Parar SMAS
  • Cambie el nombre o elimine el .../opt/emc/SMAS/jboss/standalone/data/esrs/esrs.json archivo
  • Empezar SMAS

Procedimiento para diferentes variantes de Unisphere para PowerMax:

En Windows: Vaya a services.msc:

  • Parar Servicio Symmetrix Management Application Server
  • Cambie el nombre o elimine el ...\EMC\SMAS\jboss\standalone\data\esrs\esrs.json archivo
  • Empezar Servicio Symmetrix Management Application Server

Como alternativa, mediante la línea de comandos de Windows:

  • Net stop EMC Symmetrix Management Application Server
  • Cambie el nombre o elimine el ...\EMC\SMAS\jboss\standalone\data\esrs\esrs.json archivo
  • Net start EMC Symmetrix Management Application Server

En Linux:

  • systemctl stop u4p.service
  • Cambie el nombre o elimine el .../opt/emc/SMAS/jboss/standalone/data/esrs/esrs.json archivo
  • systemctl start u4p.service

En el caso de Unisphere integrado para PowerMax 10.x, el soporte debe hacerlo desde el backend, por lo que debe presentar un caso al equipo de soporte de Dell Technologies PowerMax.
