NetWorker:クライアント ホスト名の変更後にnsrexecdが起動しない

• NetWorker Remote Exec (nsrexecd)サービスを実行すると、次のエラーが発生します。

  "The NetWorker Remote Exec Service service on Local Computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs."

• 「 daemon.raw ログ ( C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\logs\ Windowsの場合、または /nsr/logs/ on Linux)には、次のようなエントリが含まれています。

RAP critical Attributes 'name' or 'my hostname' of the nsrla resource do not resolve to the machine's hostname 'clientname.domain.com'. To correct the error, it may be necessary to delete the NSRLA database.

クライアント システムの名前が変更されましたが、NSRLAデータベースに以前のホスト名がまだ含まれています。この不一致により、 nsrexecd サービスは正しく初期化されません。 

1. クライアント上のすべてのNetWorkerサービスを停止します。
2. NSRLAデータベース ディレクトリーの名前を変更します。
   • Windowsの場合：
     名前の変更 C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\res\nsrladb の出力を nsrladb_old
   • Linuxの場合
     名前の変更 /nsr/res/nsrladb の出力を nsrladb_old
3. NetWorkerサービスを再起動します。
   新しいNSRLAデータベースが正しいホスト名で生成されます。
