Symptoms
PowerStoreOS v4.2で4.1 RxDefinitionsパッケージを削除すると、次のエラーで失敗します。 "The system encountered unexpected backend errors. Please contact support. (0xE0101001000C)
PowerStore Managerユーザー インターフェイス(UI)には次のように表示されます。
Cause
4.2コードはRx_Definitionsパッケージをサポートしていません。したがって、4.2コードを実行しているシステムにRx_Definitionsパッケージをアップロードしようとすると、予想どおり予測可能なエラーが発生します。ただし、システムが4.0/4.1コードで動作しているときにRx_Definitionsパッケージがアップロードされ、お客様がそれをインストールせず、その後システムを4.2コードにアップグレードした場合。アップグレードが正常に完了した後、お客様がRx_Definitionsパッケージを削除しようとすると、4.2コードがRx_Definitionsパッケージをサポートしていないため失敗します。
