Symptoms
在 PowerStoreOS v4.2 中刪除 4.1 RxDefinitions 套件失敗，並傳回錯誤： "The system encountered unexpected backend errors. Please contact support. (0xE0101001000C)
PowerStore Manager 使用者介面 (UI) 顯示為：
Cause
4.2 代碼不支援Rx_Definitions包。因此，任何嘗試在運行 4.2 代碼的系統上上傳 Rx_Definitions 包都將導致預期的可預測失敗。但是，如果在系統以 4.0/4.1 程式碼運作時上傳Rx_Definitions套件，且客戶未安裝該程式包，而是隨後將系統升級至 4.2 程式碼。升級成功完成後，當客戶嘗試刪除 Rx_Definitions 套件時會失敗，因為 4.2 代碼不支援Rx_Definitions套件。
