Data Domain：DDOS 升级到 DDOS 8.3 或 8.1 后，SNMP 陷阱失败

Symptoms

适用对象：

  • 升级到 8.3.1.10 和 8.1.x 之前的 DDOS 版本的系统，例如：DDOS 系统从 7.13.1.40 升级到 8.3.1.10

当 SNMP 配置包含附加到 IP 地址的端口时，将显示以下症状：

  • 不发送 SNMP 陷阱。
  • 日志 messages.engineering 显示”Invalid IP address“错误。
  • 错误消息显示 IP 和端口与”!!”的输出。

中的日志条目示例 messages.engineering：

Cause

此问题源自版本 8.3 中引入的一个问题，当时为为 SNMP 陷阱配置的 IP 地址添加了新的验证检查。

检查需要纯 IP 地址，但实施错误地将 IP 和端口作为单个字符串格式一起传递 IP!!Port。

由于此组合字符串不是有效的 IP 地址，因此验证将失败，从而阻止发送陷阱。

Resolution

修复：

  • 将 DDOS 升级到版本 8.3.1.20 （LTS） 或 8.4.x，在该版本中，问题已得到纠正。
    1. 从 戴尔支持 门户下载相应的软件包。
    2. 按照给定版本的 DDOS 管理指南中所述的标准升级过程安装软件包。

解决办法：

  1. 检查是否已指定 SNMP 陷阱端口。
    • 如果已指定端口，它将显示为数字，否则显示为“默认值”（默认值为端口 162）：
# snmp show trap-hosts
SNMP v2c Trap Hosts:
--------------------
   Trap Host   Port   Community
   ---------   ----   ---------
   x.x.x.x     162    x.x.x.x
   ---------   ----   ---------
  1. 删除 trap-host 进入：
# snmp del trap-host x.x.x.x
  1. 添加它而不指定端口：
# snmp add trap-host x.x.x.x version v2c community x.x.x.x

通过从 DDOS 图形界面中删除端口号，可以在 DDOS 图形界面中实现相同 trap-host 在Administration>SettingsSNMP>中找到的配置
