Symptoms

NetWorker Azure VM(Virtual Machine) 백업이 실패합니다.
백업 로그는 다음을 보고합니다.

NetWorker Server의 로그 위치:
  • Linux: /nsr/logs/policy/POLICY-NAME/WORKFLOW-NAME/ACTION-NAME_JOBID/JOBID에 .log
  • Windows(기본값): C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\logs\policy\POLICY-NAME\WORKFLOW-NAME\ACTION-NAME_JOBID\JOBID에 .log

Cause

Azure VM 백업에 사용되는 클라이언트에 NetWorker Extended Client 소프트웨어가 설치되어 있지 않습니다.

Resolution

Linux 호스트의 경우: 

[root@nsr linux_x86_64]# ls -l | grep lgtoxtd
-rw-r--r--. 1 root games  74111264 Sep  3 08:36 lgtoxtdclnt-19.12.0.3-1.x86_64.rpm
-rw-r--r--. 1 root games  40050174 Sep  3 04:59 lgtoxtdclnt_19.12.0.3_amd64.deb

SLES, Red Hat 또는 Oracle 기반 시스템의 경우 다음을 실행합니다. sudo rpm -ivh lgtoxtdclnt-version.rpm
Ubuntu 또는 Debian 기반 시스템의 경우 다음을 실행합니다. sudo dpkg -i lgtoxtdclnt_version.deb

Windows 호스트의 경우:
Windows lgtoxtdclnt 패키지 

마우스 오른쪽 버튼으로 lgtoxtdclnt 패키지를 선택하고 Run as Administrator를 클릭합니다.
