Symptoms

ESRS:n määritys

Seuraava virhe ilmenee verkon tarkistuksen aikana.

$ uemcli /sys/support/esrsi checkNetwork

Operation failed. Error code: 0x6400b76
The system encountered an unexpected error while completing the ESRS action. Search for the error code on the support website or product forums, or contact your service provider (Error Code:0x6400b76)

 

Cause

Loppukäyttäjän hyväksyntälisenssiä (EULA) ei hyväksytä.

 

Resolution

Varmista, onko käyttöoikeussopimus hyväksytty vai ei:

service@(none) spb:~> uemcli /sys/support/esrsi show


1:    Enabled       = no
      EULA accepted = no

Jos se on jo hyväksytty eikä se vieläkään toimi, pyydä Dellin teknistä tukea siivouksesta. Jos sitä ei hyväksytä, helpoin tapa on määrittää ESRS uudelleen Unispheressa, mutta jos se aikakatkaistaan (lisäämällä asiakkaan tunnistetiedot):

uemcli /sys/support/esrsi set -acceptEula yes

Kun edellä oleva komento on suoritettu, se luo CST Lockbox -käyttäjän.

Vahvista uudelleen:

spa:/cores/service>uemcli /sys/support/esrsi checkNetwork

Operation completed successfully.

spa:/cores/service>uemcli /sys/support/esrsi checkNetwork

Operation failed. Error code: 0x6400bc7
 Integrated EMC Secure Remote Support cannot be enabled at this time, because the system cannot contact any required EMC server. Please refer to online help for this error code to resolve the issue. (Error Code:0x6400bc7)
