Configurazione di ESRS

Il seguente errore viene visualizzato durante il controllo della rete.

$ uemcli /sys/support/esrsi checkNetwork

Operation failed. Error code: 0x6400b76
The system encountered an unexpected error while completing the ESRS action. Search for the error code on the support website or product forums, or contact your service provider (Error Code:0x6400b76)

 

Cause

La licenza di accettazione dell'utente finale (EULA) non è accettata.

 

Resolution

Verificare che l'EULA sia accettato o meno:

service@(none) spb:~> uemcli /sys/support/esrsi show


1:    Enabled       = no
      EULA accepted = no

Se è già stata accettata e continua a non funzionare, contattare il supporto tecnico Dell per eseguire una pulizia. Se non viene accettato, il metodo più semplice consiste nel riconfigurare ESRS in Unisphere, ma in caso di timeout (all'aggiunta della credenziale del cliente):

uemcli /sys/support/esrsi set -acceptEula yes

Una volta eseguito il comando precedente, viene creato un utente di archivio protetto CST.

Convalidare nuovamente:

spa:/cores/service>uemcli /sys/support/esrsi checkNetwork

Operation completed successfully.

Oppure

spa:/cores/service>uemcli /sys/support/esrsi checkNetwork

Operation failed. Error code: 0x6400bc7
 Integrated EMC Secure Remote Support cannot be enabled at this time, because the system cannot contact any required EMC server. Please refer to online help for this error code to resolve the issue. (Error Code:0x6400bc7)
