Discovery Managerクライアントを開くと、次のエラーが表示されます。
 
Discovery Manager DBに接続できません

次のエラーは、Discovery Managerサーバーの <SourceOne Installation Directory>\LogsフォルダーにあるDiscoveryManager.exe.logにあります。
 
Discovery Collector は、次の理由でデータベースへの接続に失敗しました。サーバーとの接続は正常に確立されましたが、ログイン前のハンドシェイク中にエラーが発生しました。(プロバイダー: SSLプロバイダー、エラー: 0 - 待機操作がタイムアウトしました。(0x86041C00)
 
SQL Serverデータベース接続が失われました。  Error: SQL例外: サーバーとの接続は正常に確立されましたが、ログイン前のハンドシェイク中にエラーが発生しました。(プロバイダー: TCPプロバイダー、エラー: 0 - 既存の接続がリモート ホストによって強制的に閉じられました。(0x86041C02)

次のコンポーネントの修復を試みます。

次のエラーが発生します。
修復ウィザード エラー:

<Webserver name> server was reached but encountered an error.これにより、EMC SourceOne Webサービスからの取得が妨げられ、製品の運用に影響が及びます。エラーを表示して解決するには、リンク http://<webservername>/ExDominoShortcut/Notes.aspx?getver=1 を使用します。

ブラウザーからアクセスした場合、指定されたURLにより、Windowsイベント ビューアーのアプリケーション ログに次のエラーが生成されます。

Cause

このエラーは、SourceOneの互換性に対する誤ったウイルス ソフトウェア設定の結果です。

Resolution

『SourceOne Email Management管理ガイド』の「」セクションに示されているように、ウイルス対策にSourceOneの適切な除外を追加します。
「EMC SourceOne マスターサーバ、ワーカーサーバ、またはネイティブアーカイブ
サーバでのアンチウイルスソフトウェアの設定」
