您可以在 Discovery Manager 伺服器上 SourceOne 安裝目錄>\記錄資料夾的DiscoveryManager.exe.log<內找到下列錯誤：
 
Discovery Collector 無法連線至其資料庫，因為：已成功與伺服器建立連線，但隨後在預先登入交握期間發生錯誤。（提供者：SSL 提供者，錯誤：0 - 等待操作逾時。）（0x86041C00）
 
SQL 伺服器資料庫連線中斷。  Error: SQL 例外：已成功與伺服器建立連線，但隨後在預先登入交握期間發生錯誤。（提供者：TCP 提供者，錯誤：0 - 遠端主機強制關閉現有連接。（0x86041C02）
