打开 Discovery Manager Client 时，显示以下错误：

在 Discovery Manager 服务器上 SourceOne Installation Directory>\Logs 文件夹的DiscoveryManager.exe.log<中可以找到以下错误：
 
Discovery Collector 无法连接到其数据库，原因是：已成功与服务器建立连接，但在登录前握手期间发生错误。（提供商：SSL 提供程序，错误：0 — 等待作超时。）。（0x86041C00）
 
SQL Server 数据库连接丢失。  Error: SQL 异常：已成功与服务器建立连接，但在登录前握手期间发生错误。（提供商：TCP 提供程序，错误：0 - 远程主机强行关闭了现有连接。）（0x86041C02）

Cause
