NetWorker管理コンソール: 断続的にGSTサービスを停止するには、複数回の再起動が必要です

断続的にGSTサービスが機能しなくなると、NMCにログインするために複数回の再起動が必要になります。

NMC(NetWorker管理コンソール)データベースに一貫性がないか、データベースへのアクセスが断続的に失敗します。

GSTログに次のエラーが表示される場合があります。

NMCを別のホストにインストールして再インストールすることで問題が解決することを確認します。

NMCサーバを再インストールする手順。

• NMC(NetWorker管理コンソール)のアンインストール - NetWorkerサーバー ソフトウェアはアンインストールしないでください
• NMCフォルダー(「Management」フォルダー)の名前を変更します。
• NetWorker Management Console (NMC)を再度インストールして構成します。
