Symptoms

O funcionamento intermitente do serviço GST requer várias reinicializações para fazer log-in no NMC.

Cause

O banco de dados do NetWorker Management Console (NMC) é inconsistente ou o acesso a ele falha intermitentemente.

Resolution

Instalar o NMC em outro host para verificar a reinstalação resolveu o problema.

Procedimento para reinstalar o servidor do NMC.

  • Desinstalar o NetWorker Management Console (NMC) — não desinstalar o software de servidor NetWorker
  • Renomeie a pasta NMC (pasta 'Management').
  • Instale o NetWorker Management Console (NMC) novamente e configure-o.
