Občasné zastavení služby GST vyžaduje pro přihlášení do konzole NMC několik restartování.

Cause

Databáze konzole NetWorker Management Console (NMC) je nekonzistentní nebo občas selže přístup k ní.

Resolution

Instalace konzole NMC na jiného hostitele za účelem ověření, že přeinstalace problém vyřeší.

Postup přeinstalace serveru NMC.

  • Odinstalujte konzoli NetWorker Management Console (NMC) – neodinstalujte software serveru Networker
  • Přejmenujte složku NMC (složka "Management").
  • Znovu nainstalujte konzoli NetWorker Management Console (NMC) a nakonfigurujte ji.
