Cause

RecoverPoint bruger en pakke kaldet Common Security Toolkit (CST) til at håndtere LDAP-godkendelse. CST understøtter ikke Kerberos-godkendelse på nogen version.

Resolution

Løsning:

Implementer LDAP over SSL (LDAPS) for yderligere sikkerhed.

Produktet fungerer som forventet, da Kerberos-godkendelse ikke understøttes.
