Symptoms

RecoverPointでのLDAPに対するKerberos認証の使用。

CLIではtest_ldap次が返されます。

Error: Unable to connect to primary LDAP server. 
Error: Unable to connect to secondary LDAP server.

Cause

RecoverPointは、Common Security Toolkit(CST)と呼ばれるパッケージを使用してLDAP認証を処理します。CSTは、どのバージョンでもKerberos認証をサポートしていません。

Resolution

対処方法:

セキュリティを強化するために、LDAP over SSL (LDAPS)を実装します。

Kerberos認証はサポートされていないため、製品は正常に動作しています。
