Cause

RecoverPoint gebruikt een pakket met de naam Common Security Toolkit (CST) om LDAP-authenticatie af te handelen. CST biedt geen ondersteuning voor Kerberos-authenticatie in welke versie dan ook.

Resolution

Tijdelijke oplossing:

LDAP over SSL (LDAPS) implementeren voor extra beveiliging.

Het product werkt naar behoren, omdat Kerberos-authenticatie niet wordt ondersteund.
