Cause

RecoverPoint bruker en pakke kalt Common Security Toolkit (CST) til å håndtere LDAP-godkjenning. CST støtter ikke Kerberos-godkjenning i noen versjon.

Resolution

Omgåelse av problemet:

Implementer LDAP over SSL (LDAPS) for ekstra sikkerhet.

Produktet fungerer som forventet siden Kerberos-godkjenning ikke støttes.
