Cause

RecoverPoint używa pakietu o nazwie Common Security Toolkit (CST) do obsługi uwierzytelniania LDAP. CST nie obsługuje uwierzytelniania Kerberos w żadnej wersji.

Resolution

Obejście problemu:

Zaimplementuj protokół LDAP przez SSL (LDAPS), aby zapewnić dodatkowe bezpieczeństwo.

Produkt działa zgodnie z oczekiwaniami, ponieważ uwierzytelnianie Kerberos nie jest obsługiwane.
