Cause

O RecoverPoint usa um pacote chamado CST (Common Security Toolkit) para lidar com a autenticação LDAP. O CST não oferece suporte à autenticação Kerberos em nenhuma versão.

Resolution

Solução temporária:

Implemente LDAP sobre SSL (LDAPS) para segurança adicional.

O produto está funcionando conforme o esperado, pois a autenticação Kerberos não é compatível.
