Symptoms

Використання автентифікації Kerberos для LDAP на RecoverPoint.
 

Реалізація LDAP з використанням конфігурації аутентифікації Kerberos та/або входу в RecoverPoint зазнає невдачі.

У CLI test_ldap повертає:

Error: Unable to connect to primary LDAP server. 
Error: Unable to connect to secondary LDAP server.

Cause

RecoverPoint використовує пакет під назвою Common Security Toolkit (CST) для обробки аутентифікації LDAP. CST не підтримує автентифікацію Kerberos у жодній версії.

Resolution

Спосіб вирішення:

Впроваджуйте LDAP через SSL (LDAPS) для додаткової безпеки.

Продукт працює належним чином, оскільки автентифікація Kerberos не підтримується.
