Symptoms

針對部分完成的快照，工作結果會報告下列類型的故障「原因」：

2 soft failure(s) occurred:
Failed to execute script csmprescript.sh: Cannot update handlerVersion or autoUpgradeMinorVersion for VM extension 'csmPreScript'.
Change is in conflict with other extensions under handler 'Microsoft.Azure.Extensions.CustomScript', with typeHandler version '2.0' and autoUpgradeMinorVersion 'True'.,
Failed to execute script <script name>:
Cannot update handlerVersion or autoUpgradeMinorVersion for VM extension 'csmPostScript'. Change is in conflict with other extensions under handler 'Microsoft.Azure.Extensions.CustomScript', with typeHandler version '2.0' and autoUpgradeMinorVersion 'True'.

 

Cause

VM 組態問題會導致此問題。最常見的原因是在部署 VM 時將 CustomScript 指令檔附加至 VM，以便在部署時自動自訂 VM。使用 CustomScript 擴充功能可防止 Cloud Snapshot Manager（CSM） 將前後指令檔附加到機器上執行，因此會出現「軟故障」。

 

Resolution

解除安裝現有的 CustomScript 擴充功能，以允許執行 CSM 應用程式一致性指令檔。
