Cause

De RecoverPoint cluster-ID in de RecoverPoint_JCD Het opslagbeleid is verwijderd of gewijzigd in een onjuiste waarde. Deze waarde mag niet willekeurig worden gewijzigd.

Resolution

Tijdelijke oplossing:
Werk de juiste RecoverPoint cluster-ID-waarde bij in de RecoverPoint_JCD opslagbeleid.

Stappen:

  1. Ga in de vSphere Client naar Beleid en profielen
  2. Selecteer VM-storagebeleid in de lijst aan de linkerkant
  3. Vink in het rechterdeelvenster het RecoverPoint_JCD_xxxxxxxxxxx aan
  4. Klik op BEWERKEN om het scherm VM-storagebeleid bewerken te openen
  5. Klik op naast Services op basis van 3 hosts
  6. Klik op het tabblad 'Replicatie' aan de rechterkant
  7. Voer de juiste waarde in het veld naast het RecoverPoint cluster in
  8. Klik op Volgende om te voltooien
OPMERKING: Als de oorspronkelijke waarde van de RecoverPoint cluster-ID niet meer beschikbaar is, neemt u contact op met het Dell Support Center of uw servicevertegenwoordiger voor hulp. Raadpleeg de ID van dit Dell artikel.
