Symptoms

從 Cyber Recovery 執行 NetWorker 復原活動時，工作會結束並出現錯誤： 
Unable to decrypt data.

在 Cyber Recovery apps.log (/opt/dellemc/cr/var/log/apps/apps.log) 中會看到下列訊息： 
[ERROR] [apps] [appsUtils.go:122 HandleNWResponse()] : Error response is : {Message:Unable to decrypt data: error:06065064:digital envelope routines:EVP_DecryptFinal_ex:bad decrypt Status:{Code:500 Class:Server Error Reason:Internal Server Error}}

Cause

這是 NetWorker 加密箱的問題。

加密箱會儲存系統穩定值 (SSV)，以便判斷和驗證主機的真實性，因為同一個主機應有權存取密碼已加密的不同 NetWorker 資源。

系統會使用加密箱儲存的主機指紋，來將密碼解密和加密。如果驗證失敗 (即系統解譯有許多不同的 SSV)，密碼解密便會失敗。

Resolution
