Symptoms

在 PowerProtect Data Manager 中探索 PowerProtect DD 系統時，會顯示下列錯誤：

ADS0005
Unable to discover protection storage PowerProtect DD System with address <n.n.n.n> because of com.emc.brs.common.resource.ResourceException: 
Error while executing /rest/v1.0/systemcode: 5468 statusCode: 400 Error: **** Authentication token is empty..

Cause

當 login-max-active Data Domain 系統的選項設定太低，導致 PowerProtect Data Manager 無法建立有效的工作階段並擷取所需的驗證權杖。

若要確認目前的設定，請執行：

# adminaccess option show login-max-active

Resolution

若要解決此問題：

  1. 使用 CLI 登入Data Domain 系統
  2. 執行以下命令，增加使用中登入工作階段的最大數量：
# adminaccess option set login-max-active 100
  1. 從 PowerProtect Data Manager 使用者介面重試探索作業。

此變更會將 login-max-active 值，可讓 PowerProtect Data Manager 成功驗證並完成探索程序。
