Symptoms

在 PowerProtect Data Manager 中发现 PowerProtect DD 系统期间，显示以下错误：

ADS0005
Unable to discover protection storage PowerProtect DD System with address <n.n.n.n> because of com.emc.brs.common.resource.ResourceException: 
Error while executing /rest/v1.0/systemcode: 5468 statusCode: 400 Error: **** Authentication token is empty..

Cause

当 login-max-active Data Domain 系统上的选项设置得太低，导致 PowerProtect Data Manager 无法建立有效的会话并检索所需的身份验证令牌。

要验证当前设置，请运行：

# adminaccess option show login-max-active

Resolution

要解决此问题：

  1. 使用 CLI 登录到 Data Domain 系统。
  2. 通过运行以下命令，增加活动登录会话的最大数量：
# adminaccess option set login-max-active 100
  1. 从 PowerProtect Data Manager 用户界面重试发现作。

此更改将 login-max-active 值设置为默认值，允许 PowerProtect Data Manager 成功进行身份验证并完成发现过程。
