Symptoms

RecoverPoint for Virtual Machines-handlinger Test en kopiering og failover Hent VM-operativsystemet, så brugeren kan teste dem.

Cause

Ved normal replikeringstilstand på målwebstedet sender splitteren ikke trafik til RecoverPoint-enhederne (RPA er). Under Test en kopi- eller failover-handlinger kræver alle skrivehandlinger fra VM erne godkendelse fra RPA erne.

Et netværkskonfigurationsproblem forhindrer splitteren til RPA-kommunikation, hvilket får destinations-VM-skrivningerne til at mislykkes, og operativsystemet ikke starter korrekt op.

Resolution

Løs problemer med netværkskonfigurationen mellem ESXi-værterne og RecoverPoint-enhederne. Godkend korrekt VMkernel Adaptere er konfigureret, og hvis de ikke findes, skal du tilføje dem.
