Symptoms

Cause

En el estado de replicación normal en el sitio de destino, el divisor no envía tráfico a las instancias de RecoverPoint Appliance (RPA). Durante las operaciones de prueba de copia o conmutación por error, todas las operaciones de escritura de las VM requieren el reconocimiento de los RPA.

Un problema de configuración de red impide las comunicaciones entre el divisor y el RPA, lo que provoca que las escrituras de la VM de destino fallen y que el sistema operativo no arranque correctamente.

Resolution

Resuelva los problemas de configuración de red entre los hosts ESXi y los dispositivos RecoverPoint. Validar correctamente VMkernel Los adaptadores están configurados y, si no existen, agréguelos.
