Cause

Kohdesivuston normaalissa replikointitilassa jakaja ei lähetä liikennettä RecoverPoint Applianceihin (RPA). Kopiointi- tai vikasietotestitoimintojen aikana RPA:t kuittaavat kaikki virtuaalikoneiden kirjoitustoiminnot.

Verkon määritysongelma estää jakajan RPA-tietoliikenteen, minkä vuoksi kohdevirtuaalikoneen kirjoitus epäonnistuu ja käyttöjärjestelmä ei käynnisty oikein.

Resolution

Ratkaise verkon määritysongelmat ESXi-isäntien ja RecoverPoint-laitteiden välillä. Vahvista oikea VMkernel Sovittimet on määritetty, ja jos niitä ei ole, lisää ne.
