Symptoms

Cause

For normal replikeringstilstand på målområdet sender ikke splitteren trafikk til RecoverPoint Appliances (RPA-er). Under testoperasjoner for en kopi eller failover må alle skriveoperasjoner fra VM-ene godkjennes fra RPA-ene.

Et problem med nettverkskonfigurasjonen hindrer kommunikasjon mellom splitter og RPA, noe som fører til at skriving til VM mislykkes og at operativsystemet ikke starter opp på riktig måte.

Resolution

Løs problemer med nettverkskonfigurasjon mellom ESXi-vertene og RecoverPoint-verktøyene. Valider riktig VMkernel Adaptere er konfigurert, og hvis de ikke finnes, legger du dem til.
