Symptoms

Cause

För normalt replikeringstillstånd på målplatsen skickar delaren inte trafik till RecoverPoint Appliances (RPA:er). Under Testa en kopierings- eller redundansåtgärd kräver alla skrivåtgärder från de virtuella datorerna bekräftelse från RPA:erna.

Ett problem med nätverkskonfigurationen förhindrar delningen till RPA-kommunikationen, vilket gör att skrivningar till virtuella måldatorer misslyckas och att operativsystemet inte startar korrekt.

Resolution

Lös nätverkskonfigurationsproblemen mellan ESXi-värdarna och RecoverPoint Appliance-enheterna. Validera korrekt VMkernel Adaptrar konfigureras och lägg till dem om de inte finns.
