PowerEdge: Dell Servers show "Incorrectly Configured" for PSUs with different input voltage ranges or input types
Summary: For PSUs with an output rating 1100w and above: a mix of different AC input voltage ranges (low line and high line) is not supported. And also for MM PSU types: a mix of different AC input voltage ranges (low line and high line) is not supported. ...

Symptoms
From any of the PSU P/Ns listed below when one PSU receives high line and the other receives low line: the low line power supply shows as "incorrectly configured" and power redundancy is unavailable.

Cause
1100 W or higher PSUs present as a lower wattage on low line than high line. This is by design.
Resolution
As this is an unsupported configuration: ensure both PSUs receive the same voltage input.
Ensure to also unplug the PSU with the reported error and plug back in to clear the alert, if still present after resolving voltage input.
