Cause

Si è verificato un problema software nella release 8.2.0-1.12. Questo è stato fatto con l'API REST utilizzata da Cyber Recovery per rilevare tutte le interfacce CyberSense.
Restituisce una risposta json non valida se una o più interfacce CyberSense non sono configurate o non sono abilitate.
Cyber Recovery non è riuscito ad analizzare questa risposta e viene visualizzato l'errore visualizzato sia nei registri che in Cyber Recovery.

Resolution

Questo problema è risolto in CyberSense 8.2.0-1.23.
