Symptoms

License Server 호스트 이름이 변경

되었습니다. NMC(NetWorker Management Console)

NetWorker Server에서 NMC 관리 창을 시작하고 서버를 마우스 오른쪽 버튼으로 클릭한 후 목록에서 속성을 선택합니다. 서버 속성 창의 라이선싱 탭에서 라이선스 파일을 찾아 선택하여 CLP 라이선스 텍스트 필드를 채웁니다.

NMC에서 라이선스 파일을 검증하는 동안 다음 오류가 나타납니다.

이 lmgrd 서비스가 실행 중이지만 오류가 계속 나타납니다. "Cannot read data from license server system"

Cause

NetWorker Server가 이전 License Server에 연결되었습니다.
라이선스 서버의 호스트 이름이 변경되었습니다.
포트 27000 및 27001이 열리지 않았습니다.

Resolution

  1. 를 죽였습니다. lmgrd 서비스
  2. 시작 lmgrd 서비스 및 라이센스 파일 읽기

  1. License Server와 NetWorker Server 간의 연결을 확인합니다. nslookup ping은 제대로 작동하지만 포트를 확인할 때 라이센스 서버에서 실패합니다.

  1. OS 수준에서 포트 27000 및 27001을 열고 엽니다.
  2. 의 라이선스 파일에 지정된 대로 라이선스 서버 이름을 업데이트합니다. nsradmin 이전 License Server 이름이 있고 사용자가 호스트 이름을 변경했으므로

  1. NetWorker Server 재부팅
  2. NMC Administration 창에서>서버 이름 클릭 - 서버 속성 ->라이선스 탭 ->>CLP라이선스 텍스트를 클릭하여 라이선스 파일 탐색 ->확인 클릭 파일을 찾아 유효성이 검사되었는지 확인합니다.
