Symptoms

授權伺服器主機名稱已變更

NetWorker Management Console （NMC）

在 NetWorker 伺服器上，啟動「NMC 管理」視窗，在伺服器上按一下滑鼠右鍵，然後從清單中選取 內容 。在伺服器屬性視窗的授權標籤中，瀏覽並選擇要填充 CLP 授權文字欄位的授權檔案。

驗證來自 NMC 的授權檔案時，出現下列錯誤：

可使用 lmgrd 服務正在執行，但錯誤仍出現 "Cannot read data from license server system"

Cause

NetWorker 伺服器已連線至舊的授權伺服器。
授權伺服器的主機名稱已變更。
埠 27000 和 27001 未打開。

Resolution

  1. 殺死了 lmgrd 服務
  2. 開始 lmgrd 服務並讀取授權檔案

  1. 將 NetWorker 伺服器重新開機
  2. 在 NMC 管理視窗中 -> 按一下 伺服器名稱 ->伺服器屬性 ->授權 標籤 -> 按一下 CLP授權 文字以瀏覽授權檔案 ->按一下確定。瀏覽檔案，並檢查其是否已成功驗證。
