Cause
Dell 用戶端管理服務使用 wintrust.dll （包含驗證信任檔案的 API 功能的系統程序）、簽名或憑證。根據 API 輸出，在受影響的電腦上呼叫來自 wintrust.dll 的 WinVerifyTrust API 時，Dell 用戶端管理服務未收到 0 值。
因此，不會從 Dell Update Packages 擷取簽名。
Resolution
工程部門已發佈 BIOS 更新以解決此問題。更新的 BIOS 會在可用後發佈到電腦的支援頁面。
注意：
- 有多種 OptiPlex、Latitude 和 Precision 工作站受此問題影響。
- 在 2025 年 1 月底或之後發佈的所有 BIOS 更新都有憑證包裝的更新，這可以解決問題。
- 並非所有電腦都會在 2025 年 1 月底之前收到 BIOS 更新，但在此之後的所有更新都應包含新的憑證套裝。
