DD3300 使用自定义的 Dell R740xd 平台，其中物理插槽编号从 0 开始，而 Data Domain 软件从 1 开始标识磁盘。在将警报数据与物理磁盘位置关联时，此不匹配会导致混淆。

了解 DD3300 上的插槽编号差异。

  • 物理插槽：从 0 开始。
  • 软件磁盘 ID：从 1 开始（格式： Enclosure.Disk，例如， 1.18）时，此方法起作用。
