NVP-vProxy：如何更新或變更 vProxy 管理員或根密碼

The Linux passwd 命令可用來變更 NetWorker VMware Protection （NVP） vProxy 裝置使用者認證。本知識文章中的資訊也可在 NetWorker VMware 整合指南中取得，網址為： https://www.dell.com/support/product-details/product/networker/docs

注意：可使用 admin 和 root 密碼是在 vProxy 部署期間設定的。如果未設定密碼，root 帳戶的密碼為「changeme」對於管理員帳戶為”a3dp@m8n.」 

請執行下列步驟，以解除鎖定 admin 帳戶並重置密碼。

注意：vProxy 裝置預設不允許根 SSH 存取。您必須先以系統管理員身分登入，才能切換至 root。可以更改此設置;但是，在升級 vProxy 裝置時不會保留此設定。建議您停用直接根 SSH 存取。
  1. 從 vSphere Client 應用程式，在 vProxy 裝置上開啟主控台視窗。
  2. 若要登入裝置，請使用 root 帳戶。
  3. 使用 pam_tally2 解鎖管理員帳戶的命令。
pam_tally2 --user admin --reset
  1. 使用 passwd 重設系統管理員密碼的命令：
passwd admin
  1. 如果 vProxy 已在 NetWorker 伺服器註冊，您必須在 vProxy 屬性中更新管理員密碼。從 NetWorker Management Console （NMC） 或 NetWorker Web 使用者介面（NWUI）  刪除 vProxy，然後使用新密碼將其加回。

注意：從 NetWorker 刪除 vProxy 會將其取消註冊。使用新的 vProxy 重新新增 admin 密碼可確保其已以正確的登入資料註冊。替代流程概述如下：NVP vProxy：如何取消註冊/重新註冊 vProxy 裝置？

重設 root 使用者認證。

以下程序詳細說明如何在已知目前的 root 密碼時變更 root 使用者密碼。

  1. 從 vSphere Client 應用程式，在 vProxy 裝置上開啟主控台視窗。或者，開啟 SSH 工作階段至 vProxy 裝置。
  2. 使用 Dell 登入 admin 使用者帳戶。
  3. 切換到 root 使用者：
sudo su -
  1. 使用 passwd 重設 root 密碼：
passwd root

以下過程詳細介紹了當前 root 密碼未知時如何更改 root 密碼;但是，此程序僅支援 4.4.0.x vProxy。

注意：如果 vProxy 為 4.3.0.x 或更舊版本，且 root 不知道密碼，必須重新部署 vProxy。4.3.0.x vProxy （SUSE 12） 不支援單一使用者模式。
  1. 使用系統管理使用者帳戶登入 vSphere。例如： administrator@vsphere.local。
  2. 開啟 Web 主控台至 vProxy 裝置。
  3. 將 vProxy 裝置重新開機。在 vProxy 上按一下滑鼠右鍵，然後選取 電源重>設。
  4. 在 vProxy 期間 GNU GRUB 啟動功能表，選擇作業系統並按”e' 在鍵盤上：

  1. 向下捲動至開頭的行 linux 並附加 init=/bin/bash，然後按 CTRL 和 X 或按下 F10。

  1. vProxy 會開機進入單一使用者模式，在提示字元中輸入下列命令，以重新掛接根檔案系統：
mount -o remount,rw /
  1. 使用 passwd 重設 root 密碼：
passwd
  1. 從 vSphere，再次將 vProxy 重新開機。vProxy 重新開機時，它會開機回到正常的登入提示。
  2. 驗證您可以使用新的 root 密碼。
