Ja, GDDR kan worden geconfigureerd voor het gebruik van beveiligde TCP/IP-communicatie met behulp van AT-TLS. Er zijn geen wijzigingen vereist of dit heeft geen invloed op de GDDR.
Application Transparent Transport Layer Security (AT-TLS) consolideert TLS-implementatie voor z/OS-gebaseerde applicaties op één locatie. Hierdoor kunnen alle applicaties op TLS gebaseerde versleuteling ondersteunen zonder kennis van het TLS-protocol.
