Java が新しいバージョンに更新されました

NetWorker 9.0.x管理コンソールにログインしようとすると、「

An error occurred while validating user credentials」というエラーで失敗します。NetWoker認証サービスが実行されていることを確認します。
[NW_SERVERへの接続に失敗しました。エラーなし サーバー メッセージ: サーバーが実行中であることを確認してください。]

Cause

Javaが新しいバージョンにアップデートされましたが、WindowsファイアウォールのJavaファイアウォール ルールで新しいJavaパスが更新されていません。

Resolution

1.Java実行可能ファイルの接続を許可するインバウンドWindowsファイアウォール ルールを編集し、新しいJavaパスを反映するようにパスを更新します

または

2.次のコマンドを使用して、Windowsファイアウォールでjava.exeを許可する新しいルールを追加します。

netsh advfirewall firewall add rule name="Java - Allow with Networker 9" dir=in action=allow program="%PATH\java.exe" enable=yes

ここで、%PATH\java.exeはjava.exeが配置されているパスです。例: C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_73\bin\java.exe
