Symptoms

在 NetWorker 9.0.1 中，Job Monitor 请求失败。  检查 modtest 日志时，它显示 nsradmin 命令无法执行。
下面列出了 nsradmin 命令和错误的示例。
  
nsradmin -s <Networker Server hostname>
. type: NSR
show type; version; hostname
print
quit
failed to write to child
child exited with status 1



尝试从 NetWorker（不使用 DPA）运行 nsradmin 命令时，注意到的错误是： 
# cd /usr/sbin
# nsradmin -s <Networker Server hostname>
143820:nsradmin: Unable to establish RAP connection with <Networker Server hostname>  
 el: Unable to set user privileges based on user token for root on <Networker Server hostname>:
Security token has expired.

Cause

NetWorker 身份认证令牌已过期。

Resolution

解决方法是从 NetWorker 运行 nsrlogin 命令，如下所示。

/usr/sbin # nsrlogin -u <administrator> -p <password-Authentication
> succeeded

运行 nsrlogin 后，DPA 将能够运行 nsradmin 命令并成功收集作业监视器。
