Symptoms

Replicatieverbinding mislukt met fout:

Failed: The system encountered a REST connection failure. (Error Code:0x102)
Rollback Result: Task was rolled back and marked as failed. This is because some tasks failed or SP rebooted during task execution. (Error Code:0x100a

Replicatiesessie vertoont fout:

The system encountered an unexpected error. Try again and if that attempt fails then search for the error code on the support website or product forums, or contact your service provider, if available. (Error Code:0x6000003)

 

Cause

De admin-referenties van de storage-array zijn gewijzigd.

Verificatie mislukt tussen bron en storage-array.

 

Resolution

  1. Werk de administrator-referenties bij bij de bron- en doelarray in de replicatieverbinding.
  2. Voer "verifiëren en bijwerken" uit voor de replicatieverbinding aan beide zijden, deze moet groen zijn.

 

Additional Information

Moet de logboeken /EMC/CEM/log/cemtracer_dataprotection.log verifiëren en de instanties op verificatie controleren en verbinding geweigerd.
