Symptoms

使用 NMDA 9.x 精靈建立 RMAN 還原時，還原回原始資料庫作為備份來源可能會失敗，並出現下列錯誤：

ORA-12514: TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor
Recovery Manager complete.

Cause

在精靈選項期間選擇「 是」時，可能會出現此問題，是否要軟體在執行恢復之前關閉目標資料庫並以掛載模式啟動資料庫？如果使用者選擇“是”，並且正在使用 Oracle 資料庫身份驗證連接到目標資料庫，則 Oracle 偵聽器必須具有目標資料庫的有效條目。

Resolution

使用 Oracle netmgr 或 netca 工具，為目標資料庫添加資料庫偵聽位置。若要確保正確完成此操作，可以在資料庫關閉時使用 CLI 連接到目標資料庫進行驗證。
