Symptoms

NMDA 9.x 마법사를 사용하여 RMAN 복원을 생성할 때 백업 소스로 원래 데이터베이스로 다시 복원하면 다음 오류와 함께 실패할 수 있습니다.

Cause

이 문제는 마법사 옵션 "복구를 수행하기 전에 소프트웨어가 대상 데이터베이스를 종료하고 데이터베이스를 마운트 모드로 시작하도록 하시겠습니까?" 중에서 예를 선택할 때 발생할 수 있습니다. 사용자가 Yes를 선택하고 Oracle Database Authentication을 사용하여 대상 데이터베이스에 연결하는 경우, Oracle 리스너에는 대상 데이터베이스에 대한 유효한 항목이 있어야 합니다.

Resolution

Oracle 사용 netmgr 또는 netca 도구를 사용하여 대상 데이터베이스에 대한 데이터베이스 수신 위치를 추가합니다. 이 작업이 올바르게 수행되었는지 확인하려면 데이터베이스가 다운된 상태에서 CLI를 사용하여 타겟 데이터베이스에 연결하여 확인할 수 있습니다.
